Terms of Participation for Eating Solved Program

 This Program Agreement governs participation in the Eating Solved Program operated by Ginny Trierweiler Consulting, LLC (“Company”).

 The program was created and is guided by Dr. Ginny Trierweiler. Questions regarding this agreement may be directed to drginnyt@gmail.com .

 Coaching Format and Fees

  1. Participant receives Eating, Solved 6-week program, including:
    • 6 core modules with video lessons covering why dieting backfires, the SimplyWise Eating approach, and how to fully implement Fundamental #1: Eat Abundant Highly Nutritious Foods.
    • A complete written explanation of the SimplyWise Eating Plan, including the SimplyWise Eating Blueprint with specific quantities of different foods to eat, and a copy of the book Slender for Good After 50.
    • One private 1:1 coaching call (schedule within 30 days of program start).
    • Access to live Q & A calls during the 6 week program term.
    • Email support and reminders to help you implement the program.
  2. The Package Investment: The current investment for the Eating, Solved program is disclosed at the time of enrollment and paid in full at purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  3. The Program Term: The core Eating, Solved program is designed to be completed over approximately six weeks. Access duration and pacing may vary depending on program updates or participant engagement.
  4. Rollover Credit Option: If Participant chooses to continue into the Slender for Good Foundations or Slender for Good Mastery program within 45 days of this Agreement, the full investment will be credited toward the tuition for the next program.
  5. Program Fit. Eating, Solved is a coaching and educational program. It may not be appropriate for individuals with an active eating disorder or a serious mental illness requiring clinical treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare or mental health provider if they are unsure whether this program is appropriate for them.

 Agreements

  1. Intellectual Property. All course content remains the property of Ginny Trierweiler Consulting, LLC; participant agrees not to copy, share, or distribute materials. Access is granted as long as the hosting platform is maintained.
  2. Coaching and the Role of a Coach:
    • Coaching within the Eating Solved Program is a collaborative, educational relationship to support personal and health goals. Coaching is not medical, nutritional, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
    • Participants understand that information provided is educational in nature and not a substitute for medical or mental health care. A coach acts as a mentor and guide; participants retain full responsibility for their choices and well-being.
    • While confidentiality is respected within the program, coaching is not a legally protected or privileged relationship. Ginny Trierweiler Consulting, LLC, under the professional oversight of Dr. Ginny Trierweiler, must report suspected abuse or imminent danger and may be required to share information pursuant to court order or other legal obligation.
  3. Release of Liability. Participant releases Company and Dr. Trierweiler from any and all liability, damages and claims related to participation in the Program, except in cases of gross negligence.
  4. Disputes. Disputes must first be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. If unresolved, both parties agree to non-binding mediation in Boulder, Colorado, with mediator Steve Clymer of Accord Dispute Resolution.  No legal action may be taken before mediation.
  5. Legal Venue and Fees. Legal actions will be brought exclusively in Boulder County, Colorado. Both parties waive the right to jury trial. The losing party in any legal action shall cover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.   
  6. No Guarantees or Refunds. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. All sales are final once access to the Eating Solved program has been provided. Refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered, at the sole discretion of Company, only in cases where participation in the program is determined to be inappropriate due to circumstances disclosed after enrollment. The provision of any refund or alternative arrangement does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future participants.
  7. Liability Limitation. Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by Participant under this Agreement.
  8. Entire Agreement. This document reflects the full agreement between Participant and Company/ Dr. Trierweiler and supersedes prior discussions. Changes must be made in writing and communicated to participants.
  9. Acknowledgement and Acceptance. By enrolling in and participating in the Eating Solved Program, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Program Agreement as of the date of purchase.
