What this event IS: this event is designed to give you a quick but transformative perspective shift on the holidays. We simply don’t need to throw out healthy eating, or experience weight gain, these next 6 weeks, and we don’t need to.
What this is NOT: just an information session, another fad diet, or one more set of tips to add onto the pile of tips you’ve been gathering.

- CB – This was great. It made me rethink how I’m going to approach some holiday things. I got very intentional around Halloween with my 14 year old, and found I really looked forward to my super-yummy really healthy dinner for me and my husband. And I’m starting to think ahead with Thanksgiving and bring healthy foods with me and just doing something else when the pigs-in-a-blanket are out, since I don’t care that much for them anyway.
